Not sure about the rake/front loadedness but this is a nice 26 fork with disc mount and canti bosses, might be of use?

As for geometries, enough for a 2.1" Tyre and if my math is right, which it probably isn't, somewhere in the 50's for rake no?

On another note, I'll probably be abandoning panniers for bikepacking, but the front rack stays.
