As far as splitting stuff I was thinking:
Frame/Forks/Headset: £250
Wheels/Tyres/Front Rack/Dynamo light/USB Charger: £250
Groupset (Cassette, Crankset, Shifters, Derailleurs, Chain, Cables, etc): £75
Brakes (Levers, Calipers): £20
Stem and Bars: £40
