I have spent the last 3 years trying to get rid of the shoulder ache in my neck. I am finally fed up and everything I try gets me another issue.
I have read numerous articles etc.
I mainly use my bike for commuting but would like to try some longer runs.
So in or near London what would you recommend. The Bike Whisperer is one although I would have to go to Newbury and its possibly out of budget.
Advice please.
