With a treadless tyre what is the rotation arrow telling you?
Essentially I'm putting a gatorskin (which has no tread and an arrow pointing in a direction) on my polo back wheel which gets flipped pretty much every other day... Is it best to have the rotation arrow facing the right direction for polo (main purpose and what I'd like to be most energy efficient) or for road (more distance and fixed so the occasional skid)?
I read an interview with a guy from continental who said that they only give a direction because without them they got too many questions from people asking which way to put them on.
