Zefal make one as well. Have broken many off without too much issue or tooling (legitimate reasons officer), and were probe to getting seized if left for too long. Pitlocks just work, and are hard enough to get off that there's very few situations anyone is going to go to the effort of trying.
Just read this article on some new security features that Kryptonite has come up with. I was particularly impressed by the (unfortunately named?) "wheelnutz":
Kryptonite also showed a deceptively simple wheel security system, called Wheelnutz, which replaces conventional axle locknuts (it’s not compatible with quick-release systems). The nut features a toothed interchange to the washer. Tighten down as normal, and a simple gravity pin slides into place. The only way to release the pin and loosen the wheel is to flip the bike upside down. But a thief can’t, because the bike is also locked to a rack or post.
