I've got one of these http://www.amazon.co.uk/Time-Tutelary-Automatic-Watch-Winder/dp/B001LENINK It's ok. I don't leave watches on it for a long time but will sometimes stick one on if I'm not wearing it for a few days and I know the reserve won't last that long; just to avoid having to reset the time
