In caliper brake my vote goes for Cervelo R3 for the tyre clearance and the trickle down design from R5.
Disc is nice but the only one which is actually designed thinking disc brakes rather than just putting disc brakes on road bikes is the Focus cayo. @skinny has one and is going to race across continents soon.
They are all nice bikes. Question is what fits you the best; Emonda , defy and all cervelos have higher front end. The rest are pretty race-y. Focus and Cervelo could be hard to get hold to try but the rest can be sorted at Evans/CS.
