Totally against drive throughs, there's one near me and it's a nightmare to walk across as a ped let alone cycle past.
I tend to ride in the fast lane of a dual carriage way rather than get run over by some fat twat trying to wipe the burger sauce off his face while pulling out.

Fast-food chain McDonald's is planning a drive-thru restaurant on the A40 at Gypsy Corner that will create a dangerous crossing for cyclists. It will also restrict the width of the proposed East-West Cycle Superhighway, forcing the two-way cycle track to narrow into a single shared-use path.
