I don't. But comfort is an issue - I've existing problems with my right shoulder from crashing and doing a 2hr endurance session on the track with 36cm bars just isn't feasible. Same goes for longer races.
Before anyone suggests it - I'm not particularly happy swapping bars all the time for different events. It takes time to dial in and adapt to a position, so I would rather just have one setup and stick with it.
