Worth noting that the Pre-Cursa frame is not light at 1800g (well not for alu anyway and a steel Steamroller is only 200g more) and may not be much lighter than your Fuji (although don't know what Fuji frame weight is)
Saying that it is still easy to get a close to 7KG bike without spending a whole lot of money or going for super light parts.
