Hopefully Bruce has been located now but just in case he was last seen in Greenwich town centre near Greggs with a smashed phone. Hope your day improves, Bruce...
Sorry for not being on the ride, looks fun!

Awesome! Coulda done without the frigid ride home though. Desgrange would have approved of the suffering.

@pharoahsanders - I awarded the cap to Felix Lowe - otherisewise known as Blazin'Saddles from the Eurosport blog. He rocked up in double layered Cinzano jerseys. The cap was awarded as the Jacques Goddet Prize for Sartorial Elegance.
Many Thanks.(need to finish that jazz story sometime..)

Merci Beaucoup for all who came.
Climbing the Col de Crooms'ille in such company was a privilege and made the whole thing worthwhile.Stopping at the top on lap three to photograph was a terrible mistake as it meant I spent the next six laps recreating last year's solo effort as I was stuck between the break and the grupetto.
Great to catch up with you all in the pub after and to enjoy some laughs after the 11x suffering..
Next year HD's birthday falls on a Sunday and we are up to 13 laps… Just saying..

Thanks so much for organising Howie. Really great to finally ride a proper grand tour. Looking forward to next year. Maybe it could include the horrors of Col de la Point, now if we can find a section of pavé nearby...
Chapeau dude!

There is some quality pavé - flat and ascending - in Greenwich Park! I am on it for next year already!

Well done courageous people!
Spotted that thread last week unfortunately other plans were already in the pipeline... Was freezing my ass on my motorbike on satuday and was thinking of you!

It's that time of year again. Time to strap on your climbing legs and/or your drinking belly for the 3rd Annual Greenwich Grand Boucle. Henri's birthdate falls on the last Sunday of the month this year so hoping to see plenty of you down by the Cutty Sark at the appointed hour. Watch this space. https://m.facebook.com/greenwichgrandboucle/

I'm in. Was fun last year.
Chapeau to all that are doing this, got a taster of what you'll be experiencing in on my way to work and my toes still feel like blocks of ice.
