You can have fun with riding lo pro road bike in unoficial competitions, day and night races, etc. I have 1986 lo pro basso/mavic ssc project. Unfortunately it is not good for Italian L Eroica according the rules, but I am planing to address a direct question to ask organisers for 1986 lo pro as it is correct circa bicycle. Many people like lo pro looks. I have also a lo pro Basso frame fixie with carbon front weel and Zipp Predator rear disc , it is apx 6,5 kg, it rides stiff and smooth. I ride it with tubulars and clipless on the streets, to shops and cafees, I enter with a bike on sholder, never leave it on the street or lock it. As you ride faster and pass by laughter turns into silent respect and little admiration or anger, pending on the particular people and not so much on the bike frame geometry. Any pics of Pinarello?
