Is this the neatest solution ? I ask this because it's for a really nice project. So it would be a spacer between the hub and the cog or a spacer for the axle? Also where can I buy these? Do they come in 0,5 mm? Thanks

A spacer between the hub and the cog. Make sure there is enough thread still for the cog.
SS-spacers, cassette spacers, bb- spacers(like hollowtech) thay all fit with the same diameter.
I have used a bb- spacer on a fixed hub recently. -

1.5 mm isn’t worth bothering too much about but, even though I know this, I too would be wanting to improve it.
What cog are you using? If you look on Sheldon somewhere there is a table showing that there is enough brand variation to take out a lot of that 1.5 mm just by means of a change of sprocket.

According to Sheldon Brown, the chainline of your Phil Wood hub and sprocket is: 36.75mm + 6.05mm (http://sheldonbrown.com/chainline-single.html) This gives a chainline of 42.8mm.
That gives a 0.7mm difference which really is negligible considering the 350mm+ distance between your cranks and sprocket and I would not add a spacer.
Also, how accurate is your measurement of the Rotor chainline? If you measured with micrometers, then ok but if it's measured with a plastic ruler or the like then it wont be accurate to anything less than +/-2mm.
I'd build it up without a spacer, lube it and ride it. If it makes a noise, you can always add a spacer later, no harm done. I reckon it'll be fine without.

Hi, I have a Rotor 3D Track Crankset with a 43,5mm chainline and a Phil Wood high flange fixed hub with a 42mm chainline.
I want to know the way of correcting this 1,5mm difference in my chainline.
Although I did some research I couldn't find this info.
