Yep, definitely. I've delayed in posting things in the past. Work/life has crept up on me and haven't had the time to get to a PO in a reasonable amount of time. I'm just hoping that's what's happened here.

Yeah, me too. These things happen. It doesn't look good for him though. I don't know if anyone paid for the group, he never responded to my PMs. Could interpret that as him falling off the grid for whatever reason though, OR him getting cold feet about fraudulently taking £250. Might have been because I was insisting on photo's.
Anyway, we can sit and hypothesise all day. Hopefully he'll sort it all out.

Let's give him a chance to prove his innocence before getting the pitchforks out chaps. Anyone friends with him on Facebook? A message to him will just go to his 'Other' folder and he won't see it if it's not from a friend.
