We've got a really good electricdehumidifier so my phone has been on top on that, in a bag of rice for three days.
I've never opened up an iphone @andyp but since it's out of warranty it can't do any harm I suppose...

I keep one in the bike room (because I'm a tart (and we have stupid breezy sash windows)), where I also keep my guitars, trainers and other things I try and hide from my girlfriend...#whipped
