  • Raging. Though its not that massive a discount.

  • a couple of things I'm eyeing up in the sale... anyone got any words on sizing? especially women's stuff.

  • Just succumbed to a couple of jerseys. Too discountatcular.

Male and XXL so sorry hoefla.

  • I want the pants. not in sale. but I just can't bring myself to pay £45 for a pair of knickers...
blue rainjacket sold out in all sizes...
but I'll go for a couple of tshirts.

  • Cycle Surgery are having a sale of their Vulpine stuff, almost 50% off on some items:

    http://search.cyclesurgery.com/cycles/Vulpine

Their tailored shorts are great, and I really like the button-down Merino top too. Both of which are in the sale.

  • I was out and about in my Vulpine Harrington jacket today and I have to say, I'm amazed at how waterproof it is. I've just rode from Waterloo to Brixton then home in varying degrees of apocalyptic rain and my top half is completely dry. I didn't overheat at all either.

For urban riding at this time of year, I think it's ideal.

  • i am disappointed with the vulpine stuff i have bought. their epic cotton trousers let in water in the first rain shower they encounter. stitching quality on my long sleeve polo shirt is poor, and the placement of the pocket at the back is at the side of the body, causing it to twist round if something is in the pocket when riding.

the stitching on a polo shirt i bought for the other half came undone on the 2nd wash.

nearly as pricey as rapha, but not as nice. i had hoped for better, was hoping to find some different things to wear when cycling

  • nearly as pricey as rapha, but not as nice.

    Not by a long shot.

  • £10 off when you spend £50 : THANKYOU14_RXG7

  • Magnets innit! Was a bit apprehensive with the softshell, but now feels really good. Since I took the long sleeve baselayers from that other lot out of the freezer.

  • Nice sale on at the minute http://www.vulpine.cc/Shop/Mens#1072

Just ordered a Claret Softshell Jacket, a nice thing that looks nice.

  • Vulpine sample sale in London at the end of the month

    http://www.vulpine.cc/Blog/vulpine/announcing-london-sample-sale

  • The softshell worked well this early morning.

  • I also ordered the claret softshell which arrived yesterday. Tried this morning (one of the coldest mornings so far at, possibly, below 0) and it was very comfy and kept me warm (had two layers underneath to help keep me warm).
The fact that's it is windproof helps a lot, but what I liked more is that it lets my body breathe whereas the Altura one didn't (and ended up sweating by the time I arrived at the office)
True, the Altura was even warmer, but that's because it keeps all the moisture inside.

  • Yep I was all vulpine softshelled up today too....frostiness can't touch touch you under that and loads of merino. Love the way it deals with the odd bit of rain too. Great jacket for sure.

  • Ive got the rain trousers and my other half has the ladies versions and i think they are pretty damn good. can get a little sweaty but when the temp is low they are perfect, and they look pretty normal too, bit rustly, but then you would expect that from anything remotely waterproof...

  • Tried on @howradmichello's Harrington at Norths last night. It is a quite wonderful thing, am very jelly.

  • add it to your range man!!

    1. jacket for commute
    2. jacket for riding
    3. ..

    (!)

  • There is a sample sale at the end of this month:

We wish to invite you and your club members to a major sample sale at the Truman Brewery, Brick Lane, London from Friday 30th - Sunday 1st February. There will be a wide array of colours and sizes in men’s and women’s styles and prices up to 80% off!

Judging by the online response to previous sample sales, we recommend getting there early.

Cash & cards accepted. No cheques. Vulpine staff will be on hand to answer your questions. All sales are final and with full warranty.

Tell your club members. It's going to be big.

  • Boy it was busy, but worth it.

V2 Rain Jacket & Softshell Jacket for £60 and £50 respectively. £25 for jerseys.

Also, hi Corny - nice to see you.

  • Contemplating going at lunchtime. How was/is the stock and sizes? I am guessing lots of stuff in XXL and XS?

  • It was rammed and they were queuing out the door when I left, but there was plenty of smalls and larges left in Harrington and softshell jackets (Khaki and Green colours though). I would go sooner rather than later!

  • Any 34/34 jeans?

  • Harrington jacket for £60? Yes please, thank you.. Get on down there if you're thinking of going, so busy but still a fair selection up for grabs. Lots of stuff in M and L still too.

  • nice to see you too big man.
@pharoahsanders, lots of normal sizes, small/med/large/xl, sure they'll do a restock as well at some point.

If the other half hasn't got any jackets or tops, then it would be a good place to get started..
