I'm certain this is made by mielec.

Those frames are 100% Mielec, if you look at the pictures of their original Zorlac frame it has the same characteristic, ugly as fuck, dropouts as my first generation Mielec has. Pretty shitty that they're essentially charging about 300 euro's for a distinctly average paint job.
