I promise not to update this thread every time I buy a single part, but am so stoked with new cranks. DA7700 and they're NOS! I don't know exactly how hard they are to come by in unused (and unfitted) condition, but I'm guessing they can't be that easy to find being 15/20 years old. They even have the QC stickers still on the insides of the crank arms...
Also got a (very) light Ti inner ring, 39t.
What do people advise regarding the group? I'm torn between keeping it period correct and fitting full DA7700 9 speed, or pairing this monster chainset with Ultegra 6800 11 speed. Leaning more towards 9 speed atm
