Simple as that then? I suppose it doesn't need to be that hard wearing. Do I need to back it off a bit with fine grit first, or will the 'wetness' of the clearcoat make it dark? Should really just buy a new post. Seems stupid to spend £1200 on a build but not want to spend another £30 on a decent post...
Likewise for the stem.
When I know what I need fit wise I may go down the Thomson route, but for now is there a way of getting the carbon post back to glossy? Lacquer?
