Check out the LVV terms and conditions to check your bike conforms to their rules but the first session is basically getting used to riding around at various heights and passing people safely.

yeah i have checked and double checked the list lol, just feeling the tyres compaired to conti gp4000 they feel so much softer and grippier.
im really looking foward to having a go. I love riding my fixed gear so I cant see why i wouldnt love track cycling.
