i'm 6'6" with 36" inside leg (sorry, in European - I'm 1m98cm with 91cm inside leg) and normal arms. Pre-1987, older the better. I am not sure in old frame sizes, probably around 65cm. Ideally something that will hold its value in case I have to re-sell it after t'eroica... So not pristine.
I'd want to put a "climbing" cassette on it (aka I am weak)!
