"Hello. I got knocked off my bicycle on Millbank this morning (Monday 26th January) (heading towards parliament square at 845am?), and got concussed. I have the drivers detail (who told me he did not accept any liability) but I foolishly didnt get any witnesses, as I was in shock. There was a man with a small dog in a red jacket offering to be one, and a blond lady with a blue cycle jacket. Do you know these people? Or did you see it? Could you forward this, or could you reshare?"
