Another budget project - wasn't sure if the fit was going to work, a lot of fiddling with bar, levers and saddle angle, but now it feels really nice for commuting, kojaks roll and grip really good on tarmac and the tire size provides a smooth ride, STX cantilevers work amazingly as well. For now the drivetrain is a real mess, but it works. The plan is to ride it singlespeeded in winter (with the other wheelset, which has knobby tires on) and to go fully geared in summer with 6400 shifters and mechs pared to a nice 6600 crankset. At some point it will also get full mudguards and a rack.
