  • Dunno if this has been on here before, but some nice stuff

  • The problem I see with all of these new jersey companies is that they are all just charging a premium for printing their designs on someones product. Apart from Castelli the majority of the base jerseys being used are a bit naff.

The one above has cheap zips and the collar piece is a right mess.

  • I see your point. They're also making a massive margin if that's the case. For the Thundercats jersey, I actually got hold of fabric samples from the factory I'm using and went through checking information about each one and seeing how well the ink printed on the fabric. I also made sure I was getting decent quality invisible zippers and other features.

Some of the kits I've seen in the last few pages are asking $100s of dollars for something that is costing far less than half of that.

  • crikey @wools has turned pro!

  • Good luck warrantying one too! Buyer beware.

  • A custom jersey of reasonable quality and detail is between 40-70 quid a piece on a short run?

Marked up 100 % by the internetbeikclub™ and the price is about right. An expensive jersey but nobody's getting rich.

  • The one from the 5th floor dude looks like it was designed on his phone, so I wouldn't expect he'll be running colour tests!

  • come on, $170 for a jersey and I have to look at your shitty shopify favicon

  • That's AUD. £89.00.
    Cheaper than Rapha.

  • so long as its cheaper than rapha!

  • Not including shipping and tax?

  • It looks awful

  • the mapp stuff is actually quite nice

I hope they sort out the favicon though, its bugging me now :(

  • I guess those socks coming from Portland are going to attract a large import fee too! :)

  • Not as nice, but not as pricey. :/

  • most probably. I was just suggesting it's a bit disingenuous to state that they're £89; especially given the exchange rate and charges from your card issuer will likely be sub optimal.

  • True. Pay the cost to be the boss and all that.

  • Pay the cost to dress like everyone else who wants to look slightly different, but ends up looking the same, because they all follow the "black with bits on it" design for kits. Morelikle

  • Or you could just pay the cost to wear a riot of colour and garish patterns? Sounds much better.

  • Or you could work at rapha and subtly design a jersey that looks exactly like your club jersey

  • Fucking a.

  • That's not exactly true. And words like that from people without a full insight into the situation should, in my opinion, shut the fuck up.
