Not sure how easy that would be, but it should be pretty easy to swap the lever blades out of S500 brake levers in to any of the original shape DoubleTaps, i.e. Red up to MY2011 and Force/Rival/Apex to MY2012

Are sram s500 levers just rival with the shifting bits removed?
Basically wondering if I can install shifting bits into my s500 levers because it seems pretty hard to find silver rival levers at a decent price.
