Your build method will increase the tension of each of these spokes more when the brake is applied, therefore leading to a slightly higher chance of failure.
@Howard will break these wheels in race, long before any material fatigue :-)

You've got the spokes facing the wrong way on the front. On a front disc wheel the spokes that increase in tension when the brake is applied should all be spoke heads out (ie both DS & NDS). You've got them heads in, on the NDS at least.

The rear is correct however, accepting valve hole placement!
