• OK, I put the clearout on pause a bit over Christmas, but it's back in full force. I'm in Euston for work and Putney for sleeping - I can meet buyers in most of zones 1 & 2 with a bit of notice, and subject to normal office hours.

First up, Mavic CXP33s on Phil Woods (32H, fixed/free rear). I got these off a mate because I wanted the hubs, but I've decided that I really want a fixed/fixed rear. No Phil lockring, but it does come with the pictured 18T BLB freewheel.

The wheels are straight and round (i.e. no obvious wobble or eccentricity when I gave them a spin) and the freewheel shows only fairly light wear. The hubs are in good used condition (slightly tarnised, no major gouges/damage, bearings are still smooth, threads are intact albeit slightly gungey) and the rims probably have a bit over half of their "safe" life left in them (total concavity looks to be about 0.25mm vs a safe 0.6mm-ish- the reflections/shadows on photos make it look a lot more than it really is).

If these had lockring as well, I'd be looking at something like £225. As it stands, I think they are more like £210? I'm open to offers though.

    Now sold

Next up, my old 26" MTB wheels. Hope Hoops: Hope Pro 2 on DT Swiss EX500 - 20mm thru-axle at the front and 9mm QR at the rear. They run decently straight/round, and come set up tubeless with Continental Rubber Queens (2.4" front, 2.2" rear) and the hideously expensive official DT Swiss tubeless kit. I'll also throw in 180mm front and 160mm rear rotors.

The tyres show minimal wear. The freehub body is pitted (standard Hope then) and there is a crank on the cassette lockring thread. It doesn't affect the ability to mount or secure a cassette.

The minimally used tyres add value, the damaged freehub body reduces it, so £220? Open to sensible offers though.

On to the turbo trainer. It's an Elite Chrono Fluid Elastogel that was going to be set up in the spare room, but ultimately lost out to decorating, home offices, decor, guests, and finally a child. I'm admitting defeat and getting rid, along with its equally unused buddy: a Cycleops climbing block.

Lots like the trainer is £140 on Wiggle, and the climbing block is £14, so call it £150 for the lot. Given that this is still new in box, call it a nice round £100?

I'm also selling a few little bits:

Specialities TA chainrings (26T/40T) for a 64mm/104mm bcd crank i.e. modern-ish Shimano. I used it when I was briefly running my MTB 2x9. They've not done a massive number of miles. They're a touch over £60 new - call it £15.

SPD-SLs (Ultegra 6600). Well used (i.e. very scuffed) but bearings are good. The guy that was going to buy them dropped out, so they're for sale again. £20?

Some Champ grips. Like everything NJS, these cost too much. Very little use (track/commuting to the track only). I don't want to waste my time posting these, and I certainly don't want to post them internationally. Collection only £7
