You've got the spokes facing the wrong way on the front. On a front disc wheel the spokes that increase in tension when the brake is applied should all be spoke heads out (ie both DS & NDS). You've got them heads in, on the NDS at least.
Your build method will increase the tension of each of these spokes more when the brake is applied, therefore leading to a slightly higher chance of failure.The rear is correct however, accepting valve hole placement!

In other news, I assembled these. I am by no means a wheelbuilding expert, and was pleasantly surprised by how easily it all went together. Which probably means I have made some stupid mistake. Let me know if you spot it.
