Three types of C-Record era FD:

• Record: dog-leg pivot joint;
  
• Athena and >: alloy pivot arm;
  
• Athena and <: pressed steel pivot arm.
  
  

Athena was issued with both depending on the year.

Alloy arm, "bright"finish, I'd go for no. 2 above.
