Wanted: 1" Threaded Headset, rear Fixed Wheel & Brake levers

I'm building a commuter bike and I'm looking for the following to complete the build, I haven't got lots of money so trying to build the bike for cheap.

1. 1" Threaded Headset in good condition for a cheapish - £10-15
   
2. 700c Rear Fixed Wheel - to fit 130mm spacing so should be capable of facilitating 2x 5mm spacers - £30ish
   
3. Front & Rear break levers, something flat/bmx bars - £10 for a pair.
   
   

I'm in London and can collect.
