Actually flites originally were much more used on mtb, where the inline posts are more common.
If the rails on flites are moved backwards doesn't mean you "need" a setback post, otherwise it's like getting a negative angle stem and then put some spacers under it :)
it's not that it might look wrong, it is wrong. flite has been made for setback posts, hence the rails at the back of the saddle.
but i also think is looks wrong. :)
