The fuel cell is exactly integrated - that's what it was designed for. Where would you put the bottle? Cables? It's di2. Sure the rear hydro line could be lower but the front is inline with the head tube so won't make much difference. The stem/tower is tricky because it's after-market. Mine is a lot closer fit. You could probably fill that gap out more if you really wanted to.
Most long-course bikes look ugly so I agree for the most part but results > looks.
