Most long-course bikes look ugly so I agree for the most part
This is all I'm saying. What I mean when I say the fuel cell isn't integrated, I mean it's an add on to the frame....you could say panniers are integrated too. It just LOOKs a bit rough to me, although I'm sure I'd appreciate it's value in the circumstances it's designed for.

Yes, it's an add-on, but it's optional and it's designed specifically for the frame in question, hence 'integrated' as opposed to panniers which are nothing of the sort. Bike-packing kit though..
I'm actually thinking about one of those Fuel Cells, because according to Cote it's not aerodynamically worse (might even be marginally better) and it would mean I could carry a bunch of gels and not have to get hand-ups from my team as often.
The fuel cell is exactly integrated - that's what it was designed for. Where would you put the bottle? Cables? It's di2. Sure the rear hydro line could be lower but the front is inline with the head tube so won't make much difference. The stem/tower is tricky because it's after-market. Mine is a lot closer fit. You could probably fill that gap out more if you really wanted to.
Most long-course bikes look ugly so I agree for the most part but results > looks.
