The problem with wanting data for bars and things like that is that they'll be tested in isolation, and how they interact with your bike and position is probably also a factor, i.e. A bar might be fastest for one particularly rider and his position, but not for a different rider on a different bike. IIRC Steve Irwin had real issues with his P5 as the same position he had on his old bike ended up measurable slower, despite the P5 being a supposedly faster bike.
Same as things like wheels, some are faster in certain forks than wheels that test faster in isolation.
Yeah, true, but data on bars in isolation is better than nothing when contemplating handing over a grand. I'd rather see something beforehand and can at least then be disappointed when I test them with my setup knowing I did the best research I could before purchase.
