Very little wiggle room there, assuming a 110mm PCD chainring you can't go below 34t.

You can go below that with a 33T TA chainring.

On selected cranks, with a bit of filing. Bear in mind that Campag compacts have the 5th bolt at 112mm, ruling out any possibility of squeezing one more tooth out of the inner ring.
