You also need to be just a little careful about the lockring if you are starting on an 11T top sprocket - Campagnolo cassettes come supplied with the correct lockring for the size of top sprocket (as you would expect) but if you have one of the older bodies that requires a differently-threaded lockring from the current type, you'll need to take the size of the smallest sprocket into account.
