Has anybody tried Smokin Aces BBQ on Chapel Market? Excellent food. I had the Boss Hog for lunch. Pork shoulder, belly and cheek with coleslaw and pickles. Easy to feel ripped off with street food in London but this was a lot of meat for £4.50. He's a bit tucked out of the way but worth going to find.

did a nice pork in cider stew last week along the lines of this recipe

i have the other half of the pork shoulder fried off with inion on the stove .... what does anyone suggest for the rest of the ingredients
a nice stew would be perfect but any other ideas ?
