A cheap, new wheelset that isn't heavy?
I'd probably go for something like Ambrosio Zenith hubs laced to Mavic Open Pro rims - these will probably be about £200.
If you're going for a freewheel and need something like a Shimano MX30 free wheel. (If money is no option, then a White Industries would be ideal - it's an expensive outlay but all parts are serviceable/replaceable.)
