    Most work was on my cleats as it turns out I basically had no inward float at all - which was one of the causes of the shattering knee pain I had before Christmas.

    He also raised the saddle a fair bit and opted for 3 degrees of forward slope, as I told him I wasn't a sportive rider and would be in the saddle for 3/4hrs max at a time. As such, he's set it up for crits and sprinting. Will be adopting a -17 stem once I've been to a few more bikram yoga sessions and improved my core flexibility

    Get on BC/RiderHQ and sign up ASAP they are VERY popular esp the ones around London. Cycling is the new golf etc.

  • Not in a dying rush. Want to just get some good base miles in and keep training for now.

    Very new to it all, only ridden in a handful of chaingangs and they've all been with the uni team which has literally just been thrown together in the last couple of months.

    May go out with Brighton Mitre and see how things go down with those guys.
