WANTED: Front rack / mega basket

I realised that carrying things on your back like a god damn camel is rubbish, so I'm after a front rack.

Something along the lines of this -

The wider the better as I plan to strap my rubbish messenger bag to it.

Anyone? Or will Surfing the WWW shops be a better shout?
