The trips will stick to fabric, and will stay stuck onto lycra even through multiple machine washes. I haven't done testing with calf guards however, as there are numerous different makes/materials/shapes etc. and all of those would have interaction effects. So I advise people to use the trips only with no fabric underneath.

Thanks for that. Tester just reminded me that I wear calf guards. Have you ever tested with and without them? With the trips on and off (if they stick to fabric)?
