maybe just me, but if I were you and I won this in a bet. I'll sell it and get a proper frame and go from there

What was the bet?
It has vertical dropouts, so not really suited to fixed gear

This is what I was thinking. Any Idea how much this bike is worth? Im guessing its the 2009 model.

^this.
you want semihorizontal dropouts and ideally horizontal track ends. trispoke on conversion is jokes.
get your priorities straight.sell it and build up an appropiate frame

That my mate couldn't stay sober for 2 weeks wile we was living in Ibiza. The best was originally £100 but he showed me this bike and I said forget the money and give me the bike. He never used the bike so was happy about that.
Thanks. Was thinking that as I've seen stuff about problems with vertical dropouts before.

So i've built/restored 2 Raleigh bikes in the past turned them into fixed gear bikes but i'm new to it all really...
I want to change the stem and handlebars ASAP, as I think the stem is to long and ugly looking.
New wheels...3 spoke front wheel (help on what one is worth getting)
