  • Ahhhhhhhhhhh, now this I agree with you on. However, I'm not sure I'll ever need more than two Rollapaluza tops to meet formal training and racing needs.

  • I have a chip on my shoulder regards all this partly because we share our weekend and summer weekday training rides with other clubs, teams and (for the summer weekday rides) select randoms. And I'm a bit pissed off at clubmate peeps turning up in their "awesome new Castelli jersey from the wiggle sale"... fucked if I'm riding for them whilst they wear that! :-)

    If you can't be pro, look pro, and all that.

  • That sounds like formal training, so formal kit should be worn. Save the castelli for the coffee ride.
    You might find these guys don't get out much, so feel they have to show off their new garms whenever possible, regardless of whether it's appropriate.

  • Ha. Well, when its cold, you're gonna wear what works, regardless of what is printed on it. Matchy matchy is fine in summer time.
