Nine month ban for Ulissi. Seems harsh when Froome got a TUE for his inhaler.

Ulissi had twice the permitted dosage of salbutamol in his system which, given he knew it was a banned substance and had a limit under TUE, was careless at best.

Froome broke no rules, let us not forget. You might not like the system, but Sky are playing by the rules, just like everyone else.
