For what it's worth I've never had any issues with S-Works cranks and rings on my Tarmac. They were fine on the Shiv when I had them too but then Di2 will shift the shit out of anything.
I read the notes - they don't mention spiderring shifting
They do say it looks nice though, which is odd
I used s-works cranks on my CX bike when it was BB30 - because light, cheap and easy to discombobulate.
Still have them and two spiders if anyone wants them.
