I agree with the racing puma, fun things, but if it's a 996 you fancy get an early 3.4 C2 with amber indicators and 17 inch wheels. £20k will get you the mintiest low mileage low owner car in the world and the design (and drive) is so much more delicate and pure than the big wheeled, big arsed, compromised-headlight-shaped cars that came later. They can be driven every day as easily as a Micra but when leant on they dance. Anyone who says they prefer how a 993 drives hasn't driven a narrow bodied 996.
If I had £15-20k spare it's where my money would go.
