Nice Cougar 853 - did you get that from Retrobike, if so I missed out on it myself to you, what a bargain! Are the cranks 170 or 175mm?

Thanks for the comments. I got the cougar off retro bike. It did come with a rear spacing of 110 mm instead of 10 mm. Got that sorted by a local legend. The bike is gorgeous amazing to ride, just need some nice dry winter days.
Had questions about splitting would like to sell as a whole for now thanks Jon -

Do you have the chain that matched with the cassette?
PS Damn your eyes on buying the frame! I was looking for a Rabobank painted cougar for ages. Ended up paying 400 for a Dave Yates 853

No I don't have the chain however I'm confident it'll take a new chain no problems. It came with a little used set I bought. I would keep it but the ratio is no good for all the hill work I do. I was told the frame was apparently a substantial amount new. 853 all the way through not using 753 rears.

If you end up splitting, I'd be interested in the rear mech?

Right then final price as a group before I consider splitting.
Now £250
I genuinely think it's a great little group for that. Totally serviceable and will not doubt last for years to come thanks Jon
Right then having a clear out. I've managed to put a record/Chorus group together so this little used group has got to go. It's in all round nice condition. It includes daytona 10 speed shifters work perfectly bit have a mottled affect on the mental ( I've got pics of it doesn't affect the shifter and not that noticeable when fitted) see pic of complete bike.
Daytona calipers lovely condition up there with the best Campag brakes I've used. These are dual calipers.
Daytona 53/42 chain set. The inner is mint and actually record. (Not fitted in the pics).
Daytona bottom bracket not as smooth as some but works perfectly.
Centaur carbon rear mech. I would say medium/long cage. I think it would work fine as a triple.
Last but not least a 12-25 chorus rear cassette. Only seen light mileage. Think that's everything considering the carbon rear mech and chorus cassette I don't think £300 (what I originally paid for a straight daytona groupset) is unreasonable. Please tell me if not (gently). Pics below cheers Jon
