quite sure the toptube isnt max, the dt and st seem to be as well as chainstays and bb lug
not sure about seatstays

I was referring to Jetski's post re fork crown p20.
You are absolutely right. Rake is probably 45mm. What I meant was: The rake is obtained by bending the fork blades, as the crown is 0° rake (no angle) an straight blade fork will have the rake offset within the crown angle. I am not sure of the correct term here. -
