I've been using the Sealskinz Ultra Grip gauntlet for a few weeks now in temps below 6c.
They really are excellent, and I suffer with a degree of Reynauds until the blood has full circulated, at which point I start to massively overheat. Breathable, windproof and waterproof and the cut is nice.
My only complaint is while I like that the cuff is super long, so there are no gaps, it does tend to make the forearms unusually warm and they don't easily go under some of my tighter fitting jerseys, so I often faff around trying to get the two to cooperate.
Above 6c, I use the Galibier Roubaix Vision, and although a tiny bit cold to start with, they're perfect after a few minutes, with great grip and feel. Cuff is a tiny bit short, though.
