He's going through phases, which makes me think it may be intermittent tooth ache. He was quite perky yesterday and totally wolfed the food I gave him (I've taken him off auto feed so I can monitor his intake) he was ravenous. This morning he was all quiet again and really subdued and clingy, he's still licking his lips and I've noticed that his nose looks a little sore. The main thing is that he's still eating - but there's defo something wrong. I've got him booked in at the vet on Sat morning.
The good news is that his new cat box arrived yesterday and its a lot bigger than his old one he'd grown out of, once Mike assembled it, he came back in the room and found the cat asleep in it!
Would recommend this carrier, really sturdy, plus the cat seems ok in it - we'll see how he copes with the trip to the vet though. You could easily get two cats in it. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Easipet-Fabric-Carrier-Medium-Red/dp/B00IE9OMBW/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1421320988&sr=8-3&keywords=easipet
